The rooms were beautiful. Staff super friendly. The breakfast incuded a hot drink and cold drink plus a meal. I recommend the lemonade. It is freshly squeezed. If you prefer your coffee, latte, cappuccino sweet, make sure to ask for sugar. They will bring it all to your room. We had the waffles w fruit and the perico (eggs) with arepa. Delicious!!!! The staff was so nice and friendly. Every person we encountered was great and very helpful. They gave suggestions and told us where we can go. The only down side was the roof top pool is very small. We didnt use it. There are 2 very small pools. Rooftop bar is nice. Overall 10/10. We loved it here. Its in the center of everything. Right across the street one block over, i was able to get my hair done with a scart with Carol the daughter of Ros. It was the highlight of my trip. You have to stay here.

The room was clean and spacious. Really comfy bed and linens, great shower pressure and temperature, good airco, cute deco. The staff is super friendly. Location is fabulous. Rooftop is the place to be. Nice jazz lounge on weekends too. Harty and delicious breakfast included. A couple perplexing things I have to mention: 1. no coffee/tea maker in the room, although room service is available and included w breakfast. 2. The blue apple private beach club access is included but I had absolutely no idea until we were checking out. Nobody said a thing and there was no indication in the room whatsoever. That is something I would definitely have wanted to do over a rushed Rosario island tour. Next time I guess.

We booked the Condor Suite (with a pool) and had a fantastic stay! The staff is quick and courteous, the rooms are well equipped and clean, the beds are comfy and the showers are good. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the rooftop views. My only critique is that the showers didn’t have closed doors so water would spill out at times. Overall, 5/5, I would highly recommend this place and stay here again!

Amazing experience!!! This hotel looks brand new. The place is beautiful, very modern maintaining the magic of the traditional Cartagena. The service was great, Laura, from reception, was the best turist guide that we could get. She knows the best places to visit. Finally, location, location, location!! The hotel is just a few steps from the main turistic attractions such as the "Torre del Reloj". In conclusion, I have stayed here twice and I already want to come back. My stay at Townhouse Boutique Hotel Cartagena was wonderful from start to finish. I had a few booking issues upon arrival, but Jesse and Laura at the front desk handled everything within moments. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly impressed me and set the tone for my visit. For fellow Americans, communication is easy — most of the staff speak fluent English and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room was modern, stylish, and full of personality, with fun artwork and clever design touches. Though not huge, the space was efficiently arranged and spotless, making it both cozy and practical. Everything worked perfectly, and I appreciated how the décor reflected Cartagena’s creative energy. The rooftop bar was easily the highlight of my stay. Located on the 5th floor, it offers a cool escape from the city’s heat, with refreshing coastal breezes and a vibrant atmosphere. The menu was exactly what I hoped for, and the staff up there were friendly and attentive. Overall, the Townhouse Boutique Hotel blends modern comfort with great service and a fun, welcoming vibe. I’d absolutely stay here again — whether for the rooftop views, the excellent staff, or simply the relaxed energy that makes Cartagena unforgettable.
