Everything was amazing about this property except I had a few incidents with some of the front desk staff. The cleaning crew was extremely amazing and nice.and also they put at the wrong room for the same price.that was not pleasant at all

My recent stay at the Hotel Casa Don Luis By Faranda Boutique in Cartagena was truly wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. And the food was absolutely delicious – a real highlight of my visit! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Cartagena.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal súper servicial; siempre están al pendiente de ti, en todos los pisos hay agua saborizada, se agradece con el calor que hace, cada tanto dejan un bocadillo en la habitación para conocer los dulces típicos cartageneros. Destaco la gran atención de José en la recepción, juan y Eduardo en el restaurante. Mi familia quedó muy contenta, esperamos regresar.
