「Given there's no staff onsite, questions and communication are all remote, leading to delay in response. Rooms were cold and heating was hard to adjust. 」

「This was my first trip to Maine for a quick 38 hour trip for a friend's baby shower from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. One day out of four they strangely neglected to clean the room, even with a door sign requesting service, but the night front desk person took it upon herself to do so when we noted the problem after returning around dinner time. I understand it is near a stadium but as a business person travelin was a first to be charged by the day to pay to stay at the hotel is not right. 「So lovely to be in a space big enough for four that felt more like “home” than hotel. Great location in Old Port. Friendly, responsive staff. Comfy beds. Amazing high ceilings and aesthetically minimalist. Looking forward to another stay.」
