"When we checked in our room on the 5th floor the AC was broken and it was HOT! I asked for maintenance to be sent up to work on it, but we were trying to get ready for a wedding in a 100* room. I went down to the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms and the kind man working the front got us switched right away, AND it was on the same floor NEXT DOOR to my family. It was so amazing and kind of him to do that for us! Can't recommend enough! "

"Just one of many move in day weekends at TTU. Where are all the other hotels are hiking their prices. This one was surprisingly reasonable, clean, comfortable, and even included breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay nearby while the others are hiking their prices. It’s straight shot on Marsha Sharpe."

"Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and bed was very comfortable. A little tall but still comfortable. The room temperature took a little adjustment as it was humid initially but I figured it out. I didn't like that towels were not replaced when I left my used ones on the floor. I guess replaced towels has to be directly asked or stated to the front desk or house keeping. But overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again should I ever find myself in Lubbock for an overnight or longer stay..worth the money.."
