「My fiance and I specifically contacted the hotel personal previously before booking the room and requested a operational hot tub. We booked room drive hotel. After arriving and checking in noticed hot tub was empty and was the pool. Immediately knew we was misled and very disappointed that we were unable to use the reason for staying for therapeutic means of relieving pain.
