The room was very out of date and needed some upkeep. The staff was amazing, breakfast was good and beds really nice. I think if they just try to do a little updating and deep cleaning it would be amazing.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy, pool and hot tub not available, and haven't been for quite some time. Seem to be short on staff, those that they have seem to be trying hard. Breakfast was ok, food could be hotter, and waffle batter was all liquid one day and wouldn't come out of the dispenser the next. Fresh fruit was good. Grass around the building needs to be cut.

Positives: The property staff were very friendly, quiet, and breakfast was good. . Negatives:the first floor room had a walk in shower that flooded the floor and the room had a really bad smell. The beds were too soft for my liking.

Staff was unavailable for quite a long time for check in. Calling the number they left on a little sign did nothing but put me in an AI loop. Finally happened to notice a walkie talkie laying on the desk and picked it up. Still took 3 x to get response. Room was on 1st floor at 2:50 AM!!!!!!!! UNTIL 3:40 AM the room above us was pounding on floor or doing heaven knows what!!!!!!!! We got very little sleep. Hotel is NOT insulated well andvery noisy.
