「This Quality Inn needs to up their quality. Check in was fine, but when we exited the elevator we were met with a very warm muggy hallway. It was hot and humid outside and it felt as though a window was open. We entered our room and the room appeared clean enough. We went to turn down the AC only to find out the heat was on. 「The hotel was under construction and the fitness room and spa were closed and we were not informed and no discount was offered. There were two hangers for three people, the hair dryer was broken, a lamp was out, the world cup TV channel was terrible, the breakfast was substandard.」
