「There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently.
The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff.
So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. The area around the hotel was clean and...
「There was no hot water the night we checked in. Also, there was not enough water pressure to run the cold shower.
There was also only one person working which made check in very long.
The staff (1) that was there was very helpful and good to work with, but she was stretched over numerous responsibilities
Breakfast was good and tasty.
Based on recent stay, we would be hard pressed to stay there the next time in Pella.
Great location for golfing and getting around town.」
