「Clean room and breakfast was good. Would stay again. Mostly for the price.」

「Hot breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lobby was quite lovely and very comfortable. Did not use the hot tub or pool but other guests commented that they were pleased. 「The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm.」

「Did a bed bug check night before and everything was ok. Woke up in the AM, had one crawling on the pillow. My wife had a few bites. Took it up in a zip lock bag to the front office and the attendant didn't want anything to do but get us checked out ASAP. Took the morning to get all of our stuff out onto bags to take home and put into the dryer.」

「We had bugs in the room. Killed 2 large beetle type insects. Heater smelled horribly but we had to run it because it was so cold in The room. We will stay someplace different next time. 」

「This hotel is 2 stories and has no elevator. We were given a 2nd story room. When told there was no elevator I explained my 77 year old husband can’t do stairs the young gentleman at the desk apologized and in minutes had a room for us on the 1st floor. Very nice man. This is a fairly new hotel and very clean. Good location. I would stay here again.」

「The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night...

「Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. 」
