The room was clean and comfortable. There was no front desk clerk. It was done by remote kiosk, which I thought was weird. The hotel was super quiet because I think there were only 2 guests. It was an off season.

Check-in staff did not speak English; had to call someone on the phone to check us in. First room had completely wet carpet. Next room was missing any soap/shampoo but staff could not be found at front desk to remedy. Rarely saw any staff on property. Overall needs updating.

The most ran down dirty room I’ve been in years. Breakfast was a joke. The bathroom door was broken. It smelled moldy in the room. Bathroom stool ran none stop. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The room was clean and decent.bate minimum breakfast. No pool. The manager(s) did not speak English well. Check in was through a kiosk. Management live on site and there spicy cooking smell is prevalent. The property is showing its age.

Room was dirty and there were no people available! There was an annoying virtual assistant. No tissues in room, noisy air conditioning, generally grubby! Breakfast was awful

The hotel needed cleaning. Hallways and steps needed to be vacuumed as well as our room. The mirrors were streaked. The sheets and towels are older and stained. The bathroom floor had spots on it and needed to be mopped. There was a towel from the last guest hanging on the towel hook. For $177 a night I expect at least a clean room. We stayed because we got in late but left by 645am. Also, there is no one at the front desk. You check in on camera on a kiosk.

none of the appliances were turned on when i got to the room. the refrigerator stunk horribly when i turned it on. there’s band aid residue stuck in the sink. the tub is falling apart. the receipt that i received stated that check out was at 11 PM. however, on my final day the clerks called me and said i had to come get my stuff *after* locking me out of my room at 11 AM. worst hotel i’ve ever experienced in my life.
