This is an older facility but has been well maintained and remodeled to update both the look and the feel. Adding electrical outlets/USB charging to the bedside clock and on the desk would bring it even more up to date. The pool and hot tub are wonderful!

Very nice hotel for the price. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights while I participated in the National Senior Games, breakfast - good, shower - plenty of hot water and good pressure, tv - good size, beds/mattress - good not great, staff - very friendly and eager to please.

We were in Ames for a dance competition this weekend. The staff was incredibly polite and responsive to any questions we had. Convenient location near the highway, not far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel was comfortable with a very nice pool area! Our family had a wonderful time.

This hotel had been remodeled/on the process of being remodeled. The rooms were very nice and CLEAN! The staff was very friendly and took pride in their hotel. It is an AmericInn, not a luxury hotel; however, it was extremely nice for a very good price!
