Check in was a breeze, and the staff were more than understanding with a family emergency we had going on. Abbie, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean. The beds were soft and i was comfortable, but some in my party prefered the harder couch. We brought my mom's service dog and she enjoyed the ample green areas in front and behind the hotel. We felt safe walking her up and down the sidewalk that extended for miles. The overall security of the hotel made us feel safe. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or gym, but could see others taking advantage of those amenities. The final bonus was the free washer and dryers. We were able to have fresh laundry in our suitcases which was a plus! I will definitely go back!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Rooms are very spacious. We were there for only one night but the amenities also looked great (pool, fitness center, breakfast area). We were able to grab a few bites for breakfast before our departure. Great value.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff.

Great hotel and suites just outside of Des Moines proper. Hotel was very clean, easy to get into. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly next to a new Hyvee gas station that has a great coffee shop attached to it. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here before because this hotel is right across the street from the concert venue we frequent. As always, the staff was AMAZING and accommodating. It was chaotic busy in Des Moines with the state fair travelers but it was calm and relaxing inside the hotel! We will definitely keep this hotel as our go to place any time we stay in Des Moines.
