We were there during a busy time and they took security of hotels guests seriously and kept traffic within the hotel very monitored. The customer service was above and beyond. 「The property was clean, good location, check in was great they even got us in an hour before check in which was greatly appreciated. They only clean rooms every 2 days so we did not have cleaning service for our 2 days stay, but they did bring us a second set of towels the first evening there. Our bathroom toilet was not super clean but still acceptable, the rest of the bathroom including shower was super clean. We did put garbage bags out after first night and asked front desk for...

「The check-in process was swift and the staff was exceptionally courteous. Due to a malfunction in my coffee machine, I promptly notified the front desk via the hotel’s mobile application. The issue was promptly addressed, and a replacement coffee machine was installed. The breakfast offerings were satisfactory and provided a variety of options.」
