「The quiet surrounding. The quay view from the window was meditating. Clean and clear walk routes. Reception staff were really kind and welcoming. Hotel was wonderfully Clean, Neat and smelt gorgeous in the Lobby area. A very pleasant stay indeed. 「The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. 」

「Located within Zone two, near underground station with easy access facilities and Bus Stop, go to Heathrow Airport conveniently by Piccadily Line without changing the underground line, three stops reach Harrods, the disavantages are small bed room, toilet seat is too high in ground floor.」

「地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…」

「非常適合參加各種一日遊行程的人，起點都在住宿附近的coach station,回程都在飯店附近下車，超級方便！福建坐公車也很方便，飯店人員也都很願意幫忙！記得入口是階梯，但有個按鈕可以請求飯店人員幫忙，或是走上去請飯店人員協助就好！」

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.」
