「We requested for three criteria: clean, view and workspace. All matched! Had spent great time during the half term. The place is convenient and close to all daily necessities. Quiet at nights which is important. Would wish to be back again. Well done Charles Hope team. 」

「the room did not match the pictures. but it had all the amenities mentioned. it was clean. the host replied to all our questions very promptly. the beds were ok. there were 2 terrace patios. the doors were not locking but the host offered to send someone to show us how to lock it. we did not stay the whole night as it was not comfortable on a 90F day.」

「This was a perfect place for a family to stay. The kitchen allowed us to save on food and the beds were amazing. Be forewarned, the basement unit is next to a karaoke bar and the unit is beneath a very busy tea shop. This was a problem for our family member that stayed in the back left bedroom but not an issue for anyone else. There is no cleaning included, so you will need to handle your own rubbish and recycling. Management was very responsive though when I identified some very minor repairs...

「The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough.」
