「Room is spacious, a small yet well functioned kitchen. Free good coffee available whole day」

「Great location with free access to the well equipped Leonardo hotel spa and gym which is just round the corner. The room itself was ok fairly basic in terms of equipment but adequate if you don't want to cook much. I would recommend this studio room.」

「Convenient place, nice staff」

This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore...

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...
