「The room was really cosy and spotless. The staff were very helpful and they even had an air conditioning guide! No hotel ive been to tell you how to use it. Other hotels need to take notes. The food both for breakfast and dinner were really nice as well. Look forward to staying with these guys again in the future」

「一樓的甜點都很好吃，24小時！ 早餐可以加錢吃個一次！ 房間的位置離電梯有點遠，對於住七晚的有點不方便。第一天到因為還在調整時差，等了快三小時才check in(原先是3點才開始） 已詢問過，可以提早，所以我們才在大廳等，但櫃檯人員還是讓我們等了快三小時。真的有點心累！ 離我地鐵不遠5分鐘 」

「The staff is excellent! I believe the name is Stephanie, upgraded my room at check in- she saw how exhausted I was from my travels and made things so easy. Room was clean and decent size. My luggage was taken to my room immediately. This hotel has a wonderful charm, close to train station, and restaurants. The only complaint I would have is the shower drainage. I'm sure the staff would have taken care of this but I was so busy, I didn't take the time to let staff know. I would stay here again!」

「great stay! love the decor in the room. however there are stairs in front of the place, quite inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggage. 6 mins walk from train station, easy to get to Heathrow Airport as you don't need to change lines.」
