I’ll always come here. It’s fresh and new and nice. It’s the Brit hotels the one in Earls Court"

"Front desk rude. Works directly above room with no notice. Fake eyelashes still stuck on the bedside table from previous guest. Internet slow. Can’t connect HDMI items to TV. Fridge not on. AC isn’t functional and directly from 1970’s. Nothing been upgraded in a LONG time despite new ownership. Gym equipment is in disrepair. Some buttons for lifts / elevators not working. It’s a hotel, it’s cheap and it’s close to the city. That’s it. "

"Staff is amazing. Gym is HORRIBLE. it should not be advertised as part of the hotel. Very dirty and dark and loud. Very disappointed as this was a reason I boooked to stay there"

"Stayed 4 nights, tried ordering room service twice and it was not always available, the restaurant Chet would not take any requests for room service. I even tried ordering at the restaurant and seeing empty tables, the manager said they were just too busy. The air conditioning was not great, couldn’t adjust the temperature, the room was too warm which is bizarre considering it was still cold out. Not planning on staying here again. "

"I was cheated by the Reception staff. I paid 400 pounds to upgrade to a SUITE and was allocated a single room with bathroom. When I complained to the Manager that a hotel Suite is classified as a bedroom plus a sitting room, he disagreed and told me that in his hotel a Suite was a bedroom with a bathroom!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Another problem was trying to book an afternoon tea for 4 friends that were visiting me. It took four people to find out what they should do for afternoon tea. When it arrive, it was quite awful. All in all , this was a really terrible experience and a waste of money."

"Excellent location for transit, restaurants and groceries, and quietness. Very clean hotel, very quiet, newly completed so everything is pristine. Loved having kettle, coffee and fridge in room! Spacious bathroom for Europe. "
