「Top notch service with friendly, helpful staff. We checked in late and they offered ideas for food without pushing their own pub meals. The highlight was them calling us a few days later to inform us we had left some valuables behind. They then posted these to us at our request. They went out of their way - 5 stars overall 」

「Really liked the vibe of this hotel from when I stayed at the Holborn Hoxton and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly helpful staff and a super cosy clean room. Lovely bar and restaurant area. Close to Shepherds Bush Market tube and Westfield Shopping Centre. Will return for sure!」

「Jazz and the entire staff at Hand and Flower are the best! We felt so welcomed from the start and were sad to leave. The pub is so fun and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our included breakfast each morning and ate dinner there each night. Ryan the bartender was fantastic! The rooms are designed so cool and were spotless with comfy beds.
