「The room was great. Excellent location to the Boardwalk. Less than a block away. Room was nice and clean. Comfortable for a family of 4. I’m not sure how other rooms are but I wish the body wash/shampoo dispenser was o note back wall of the shower. I knocked mine off twice with my elbow. After the boardwalk closes, there are taco trucks right across the street so you can grab a great meal before you head to your room for the night. Awesome stay.」

「According to Hotel.com before booking, there is VIP access privilege. There was nothing. Furthermore, I did not like the extra 25 US dollar per night for destination fee? I mean according to hotel.com is a resort fee so I expected a resort experience. But upon arrival is called destination fee and I don't understand the extra destination charge. In addition, they charge lodging tax at the hotel. They already charged tax and fees through hotel.com. There」

「The manager of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The property is an older property, but has been upgraded and taken care of. The room we stayed in was clean. It did, however, need some refreshing to the paint and furnishings. Unfortunately, during our stay we had loud neighbors on both sides. I spoke with the manager, and he was responsive and helpful.」

「our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc」

「Excellent stay! I loved our cabin. It had a beautiful view, and my family really enjoyed spending time surrounded by nature, the river, and the majestic redwood trees. It was peaceful, relaxing, and a wonderful place to create family memories. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide daily housekeeping, including room cleaning and fresh towels each day. That would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!」
