"Too many plants and bad clientele"

"Clean room but rooms are small. Pool area is too small. Asked for an upgraded room but got an end of the hall with King bed and sofa bed. Some rooms have showers only and some have combo bath shower. Elevators are super slow. On a good note- its close to restaurants and shopping. Other than that, would probably never stay there again"

"If you’re writing a review, here’s a polished version that keeps your points clear and firm: The photos on Expedia were misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the property in person. The location felt sketchy and was very noisy, with cars and people outside throughout much of the night. The walls also seemed thin, as I could clearly hear the person in the room next door. The amenities were disappointing. The AC unit indicated there should be a wall control, but there was none, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. The room became uncomfortably hot at night. I also requested a late checkout, but the latest they could accommodate was 11:30 a.m. due to weekend occupancy. Most concerning, the bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Overall, the property did not meet expectations based on its online listing."

"They didn’t have soap and the shower wasn’t working and it was no hot water and smell really bad i will never be back on this hotel service was terrible i have to leave the key in too of the computer because no body come to the front and i wait for 10 min and no body come to the front"
