"It’s hard to find nice hotels in San Jose - everything feels a bit dated and tired but the Hyatt Place with breakfast and fast internet and a good gym was wonderful - walking distance to all my meetings more or less. "
"this was an old hotel but the remodeled. and kept the charm parking was interesting but they have a valet that is very friendly and helpful
the rooms and lobby were great and walking distant to old spaghetti factory this was 5 stars and i would recommend it"
"The person that checked me in etc. was really wonderful, really added that extra bit to make my stay super easy and comfortable.
I ride a bike to the train and stay in San Jose for work periodically and as soon as I got into the lobby he immediately offered to keep my bike inside the locked lobby. Apparently this isn't an odd request for them and they are happy to do this. That is huge for anybody who travels by bike, keeping your bike safe is always a huge concern but not here.
I will definitely be coming back here regularly when I need to work in San Jose for multiple days."
"Staff was amazing at promptly checking us in. We waited less than 2 minutes, even though there were multiple families in line. Staff are friendly and helpful. We loved that food delivery drivers are allowed to drop off at your room door, and we didn't have to walk downstairs to get our food in the lobby. Only a few minutes from the SAP Center, very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."
