Good

Overall is good, very attractive pricing in Silicone Valley, however the Exercise Room is a joke, running machine is dead there like forever. Recommended for who doesn't need the Exercise Room

Bad Service and never use Hotels.com again

I get bad experience this time at this hotel. I know it is not a very expensive hotel and I also not to expect too much. What I don't agree is about the "service". When I check in around 16:00, front desk ask me to go to Room 214. When I arrive room 214 and the room is still under clearing. Then I go to front desk to check if I can change to another room and the answer is "Just Wait". after 20~30 mins and then I got the room. After I check out two days later, I request a receipt for company usage. The front desk reject me again, And their answer is I can get receipt from online order system and they will not provide it. Then I understand all bad experience I got is because I order it from Hotels.com. The hotel will not provide extra service for this kind of customer. Even I request that they can help me to store luggage before I check out and they also reject it. because of security issue and they don't want. No matter what, I will never use Hotels.com and also this hotel. I might always get bad service if I book hotel from here. I don't want to be treat again like this.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Noticeable stains on the carpet and we woke up to ants on the night stand the first morning. I went to the front desk as we left for the day to mention it to them so they could spray. The room was not cleaned at all while we were gone. So I went to the desk again and they came to spray. Then the ants were in the bathroom. It was quite hot, but I didn't like I had to ask twice to get the room sprayed and that they didn't even clean the room when we were gone. It felt like I was putting them out asking them to take care of it.

The property was good and clean. The only issue was checking out. It took quite some time for a staff member to come out and check me out, but my check in was really good.

For the price of it, I didn’t expect it to be this clean, organized, and professional staff. Plus there’s a free breakfast! The Breakfast room is so clean and the staff is very nice and tidy. Bedsheets and pillows are clean; no hassle for an overnight stay. I hope they will continue to provide this kind of service even for a cheap price.
