「The room I reserved on Expedia was advertised as sleeping five with two queen beds and a little portion of a seat that looked like it was a pullout couch. When I arrived, it was a standard room with no pullout bed, and the front desk explained to me it sleeps 5 because there's room on the floor; or I could pay an additional $25 and rent a cot. Which I had no choice but to do. They have no room whatsoever that are two queen beds, and I pull out sofa. And they acknowledge they received this...

「The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had nothing but good encounters with them. My complaint is with the property itself. The hotel is run down and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms and hallway smelled funny, with strange stains on the hallway carpet outside my room. I requested a different room after learning the A/C unit produced a squeaking noise like a rusty hamster wheel. The front desk cheerfully assigned me to a different room, and its A/C unit was better. ...
