「Magnificent apartment in an historic building, I loved it. The communication was brilliant and the host bent over backwards to accommodate me. I had a few issues with some mice in the apartment however they moved me to a new one while they sorted out the situation and were extremely accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend.」

「The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.」

「The property has only been operational for 2 weeks. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no parking in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. It was pouring rain. We had to find a random parking garage 2 blocks away and paid $150 for 4 fays of parking. We unloaded on the 5th floor of parking and made it through the pouring rain to the hotel once again.
