「服务态度相当不错，就是房屋很陈旧，浴室和窗帘有发霉迹象。很多地方都破了。但是活动和服务还是不错的。建议旅馆适当翻新。」

「On arrival, the staff greeted us nicely and assisted with our baggage. Unfortunately the check in staff was unpleasant at the desk. We were told the room wouldnt be ready for 1 hour, eventually another staff member came by and took us up to our room as they were just finishing the floor. Yes the hotel is old and dated, but the room matched the photos and we expected it to be a bit dated. The location is amazing, easily accessible to everything. The beach is nice, however the beach chairs are not...

We were worried about the food since we kept hearing that the food was overpriced and not so good but we had the opposite experience. We loved everything we tried and the price was worth it. The view from the upper pool is amazing, specially during sunset… Highly recommend the spa. Everything was great. Hope to be back soon. 」

「Great staff and the rooms really are great. It's a convenient walk to Zona Romantica, the Malecon and the Coexist Bistro makes some really good food, although I only had breakfast there once. I stayed there in April 2023 and came back in April 2024 because I liked it so much. 」
