「This is a Wonderfull property, short walk to the main street and beach, yet a very quiet street. Small plunge pool and patio a nice, and the unit had a small kitchenette. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on returning next year. 」

「Upon arrival we were a little disappointed that hat the rental did not have a view as described in the listing. The balcony actually faces a brick wall. However, after a couple of days we realized that it was not important because the unit was well equipped and the top floor patio and plunge pool offered us everything we needed. The building is close to restaurants, the beach and the Malecón and unlike many of the others in the area, has a ground floor elevator. 」

「Quiet simple boutique hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had a balcony overlooking the ocean and kept the glass door open to listen to the waves for my entire stay. Have been coming here for years. Looking forward to going back again. 」

「The description for the Studio PB says that the condo includes a laundry center, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. It did not have any of this. We ended up having to take our laundry to a lavanderia in town. The balcony had only 1 seat on it and the "kitchen" was only a small kitchenette. False advertising, will not stay there again. 」

「We were expecting a typical US suite when we booked this. We were blown away by the property. Separate king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms, full kitchen, small pool, deck overlooking the beach. It was amazing place and are anxious to stay there again.」

「Yes, the bay/ocean was visible from our balcony, which had a great view. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and even saw 2 whales in the distance.」

「I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy my experience. I appreciate the staff, the great location and the views. I also like the traditional styling and authenticity of the place. It always adds to my trip!」

「I had requested a room without connecting doors. Last time I stayed in one. The property was not full but the front desk and their manager were unwilling to help and made excuses. At these prices they need to accommodate users' requests when a note was made to this reservation 4 months in advance. 」
