「This is my family’s second year going back in Emperador Vallarta, we love the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff are amazing! They are very welcoming and knowledgeable. We have the best view in our balcony as well while cooking!」

「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but the food is very good. The best part of the Rivera del rio was the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. A special shout-out to Carolina.」

「Son 3 edificios distintos, hay que cruzar 1 calle para llegar al principal que esta frente a la playa que es donde esta el restaurante y bar, no especifican eso, pero fuera de eso la comida y bebidas todo excelente」

「Zona Z is a wonderful property! I stayed for the weekend and it was so peaceful. Fia does excellent massages. Pia and Marcella were very accommodating with my arrangements and arrival. It’s a good location in the Romantica Zone, easy walkable access to food and amenities. Would def stay here again. There is a balcony and pool which you can chill. My only con is the steps (which you will see in other reviews). There is no elevator or lift so be prepared to walk. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay...
