I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's in a perfect location right in the center of town, but tucked away on a dead-end street, which made it quiet with no through traffic. One of the highlights was having access to the sister property across the street on the beach that offers a larger pool and two restaurants, which added a lot of value to the experience.
The staff was outstanding — super friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help with anything I needed.
The only downside was housekeeping. While the room itself was clean and the bedding was comfortable, it felt like the cleaning staff was in a rush. They cleaned the room twice during my stay but never restocked the toilet paper, so I ran out by the end. Hand towels weren’t replaced either, although I did get four fresh bath towels, which was appreciated. The third time I requested housekeeping, it was never completed, though I suspect that may have been because I made the request later in the day.
Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would probably stay again. Just a bit more attention to detail from housekeeping would make it a five-star experience.
