HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. 「The pool and restaurant area are lovely. Padded loungers were really nice. The room we got was very tiny and a little worn (sheets with small tears etc.) but clean. Felt the price was a bit high for the basic accommodation we got but staff were nice and the location is good. 」
