"The Elevator in our building was out of service for 5 days during our stay. The Valencia Restaurant has a good vibe but the service is slow. Breakfast was ok. The water park is nice and the convenience store/cafe is also nice. Internal walk from room to reception/ restaurant is not easy. could be confusing. The isle is also narrow when you have many guests using the pathway. The Room was in great condition/ Nice beds / good appliances/ washer and dryer inside"

"I didn’t use the pool, The Staff was Absolutely amazing. Our flight was delayed 4 hours, with the time change we arrived at almost 4am. The kind lady behind the desk knew it was us. She greeted us with a smile and asked us how we were. We got the keys and they didn’t work. We went back, she took care of everything. The next day the kind maintenance man fixed the key card and he was so nice. All the staff was kind, friendly and helpful. "

"We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were a little dated but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. There was a playground right near our building and a pool so if we had used those amenities it would have been perfect. "

"The hotel was fairly clean, but showing wear. However I would say for the price it was good value. The breakfast was great a hotel breakfast. My daughter loved the waffles. The pool was not quite a nice at the photos showed and actually looks over the parking lot and some dead shrubs. "
