「The check in staff was very rude and the whole stay the staff except for 2 staff were rude」

「Worst stay ever. 1. AC - did not work (it is old like form 90ties) did not keep temperature at the range. 2. There was no hot water at all! Cold icing shower at the morning. 3. Bedding is for cows, not for people! 1) Blanket from the material my grandma used to wipe cows before milking, terrible for the skin. 2) pillows were compressed and had, you could brake the neck on it. 「Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted」

「Very nice and clean hotel. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. I liked the large kitchenette suites, and everything was up to the mark.」

「The room was ok. The window was broken and didn’t close all the way. When folks smoked outside, the smell came right into our room. The floors are wooden and I could tell they’re not mopped too often. There were Doritos chips on the floor from the previous guests. Would I stay again? Only if I had a premium room on a different side and arrived early enough to get help if I needed it.」

「No swimming pool no gym been over couple years already yet you are still paying the high price to stay here and you can stay within 10 minutes for much less with all the amenities. It was raining in our room during the storm and we had ants walking around even on our bed. Front desk is unhelpful and in my opinion kind of rude. I definitely won't be staying here again.」
