「The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. 「I wish I could give more than 5 stars based on amenities and customer service alone. We stayed in the iberville tower. The room was a bit small, but it literally did not matter. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was above accommodating to any need that arose, and it is by far my favorite place I have stayed in New Orleans. This was my 8th trip here, as the city calls me back often and I like to try to stay somewhere different each time. It will be difficult for me to find any reason...

「This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. We will be returning. 」

「This is a beautiful hotel, it has real French charm. Rooms are beautiful, comfy beds. Sheets could be bit softer. Service is great, love the coffee/tea service at your door each morning. Breakfast was delightful. Loved the speakeasy room and love the decor of the bar area. We will be back!」

「When it comes to Boutique Hotels, I'm a little tongue-in-cheek, but the Virgin hotel in Nola hit the mark. Latrell, at front desk was genuinely lovely, very welcoming and professional. The rooms were as pictured Rooftop had lovely views. Swimming pool was a tad small but cute. Eating in the hotel was reasonable, price-wise. My room had a beautiful view. The location was perfect! Away from the madness of bourbon st, but within walking distance. Altogether, a lovely experience 」
