"Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. "I absolutely loved this place. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful. English was spoken, and it was a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. Also next to a few shrines, and a museum. If you arrive here tired and don't want to go far, you can still find somethings to do around. I absolutely loved my time here, we had a washing mashine in our room and were provided with laundry detergent, essentials like a toothbrush, a comb, razor, shaving cream. I'm honestly absolutely pressed at the service and how affordable it was. The beds were a little on the hard side I will say but other than that, fabulous hotel. "

They could not find my reservation for the luggage to be shipped and then when we checked in, they didn’t give us the breakfast tickets which was included when I made the reservation.
