This is our second stay at this wonderful establishment. The staff is the best I have come across and the apart hotel room is spacious, clean, and makes my family and I feel like a local. And to top it off, 1 block from Kyoto Station and plenty of food and shopping choices all around. Can’t wait to return to Kyoto and book here again and again.

They really need to leave the AC on when guests arrive, especially during the summer. We arrived and I had an anxiety attack with the extreme heat while trying to figure out how to work the AC unit. It is also not strong enough to cool the apartment. The place is small and not suitable for more than 2 people. The upper seating area and second bed are not comfortable and suitable for sleeping. I did like the modern feel of the place and the amenities available. Location is great. After visiting different places, I much prefer places with concierge's or real people at a reception desk.

Our family loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was ideal, just a 6-minute walk to Kyoto station and 2 minutes to Aeon Mall, making food shopping exceptionally convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, and while drying clothes in the heated bathroom wasn’t our preferred method, it was a workable solution. If there’s one thing we’d like improved, it would be the musty smell on the ground floor. Despite this minor issue, we would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent. 7 to 8 minute walk to kyoto station and Aeon mall. Super happy with their service, very friendly staff. A unique thing about this place is they have little things and appliances they kept at the lobby for us to borrow and use, which was very helpful. Also they provide with a huge pile of towels of all size. We never ran out of towels! Rooms were apartment style, spacious enough for 4 adults. We were able to cook a few meals. Washer and drying area in the bathroom with a ceiling dryer was very helpful. One thing that I would point out is not many outlets in and around kitchen area! Even for using the kettle! Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Glanzkei staff for your service and efforts.
