The room was nice and clean and spacious. Great location by the park and aquarium. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of American and Japanese choices. Easy drivable access to all attractions. Wow - we stayed here with our two kids and loved it. We had one of the family rooms facing the park on the 5th floor and could see the bullet trains from our beautiful balcony. We loved sitting up there or on the roof deck to watch all the activities in the park. The delicious coffee and afternoon drinks/snacks were lovely. We didn't do breakfast at the hotel as we were usually up and going early, but it looked delicious. A wonderful place to stay!

This is definitely not a family friendly hotel. They are charging you for a baby crib but offering you free drinks! If you are a youngster who is looking for free beer and free hipster coffee, this could be a good option for you. Other than that, this should not even be considered as a hotel.

The hotel is very modern, has a great view of the park behind the hotel, has an amazing happy hour offering of complimentary beer, wine, cheese, and nuts. The breakfast has a lot of great options, including many Japanese delights but is timed so don’t linger or the staff will make you leave.
