「The breakfast was good as expected as was the room. The young lady that checked me in however, was outstanding!」

「The hotel looks like an older castle style building from the outside. Inside the lobby was very clean and the person at the registration desk was very pleasant. Our room was quite large and very clean. As a matter of fact we could still smell the cleaning agent that was used to clean the floors. All the furniture in the room also appeared to have been recently cleaned. Breakfast was included and had waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit various juices and coffee. 「My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA.」

「The breakfast was horrible and Sunday there was no coffee or many choices for breakfast. No one mentioned the pool was under renovations and the hallways and outside the building ( beer cans everywhere) were filthy. The staff at night seemed very lackadaisical, I’m not sure if this review really matters, but I feel like I deserve a partial refund.」

「For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it. Right when we walked in the door, there was stuff splattered/stuck on the wall. Every nook, cranny, and crevice was just dirty. Like, they clean the necessities (bed, shower, sink, toilet) and they haven't cleaned anything else in who knows how long. Every piece of furniture was damaged in some form or another.
