The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. 「The hotel is very clean. The room was small but cozy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Our room overlooked the station. It was nice hearing the trains. Very close to central areas and Quayside. Saw a car park at the station but not sure of the price. Friendly reception staff. Value for money. 」

「The room was perfectly clean with a very comfortable bed and the shower had none of the malfunctions often experienced in hotels!! The public rooms were beautifully decorated for Xmas. We enjoyed two breakfasts at the extensive buffet but missed maple syrup for our pancakes! However we were most impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness shown by all the staff & we expressed this on our departure. We will be back!」
