「Having stayed here in the past we were familiar with this beautiful property, its picturesque location and range of amenities so we chose to stay here again. Unfortunately there was no hot water when we tried to shower before bed and due to the location of the geyser (in the upstairs unit) it couldn’t be sorted until the morning.
