Room was clean, beds ok. It's a big plus that you can use the gym and rooftop from the adjacent hotel. Breakfast was dissapointing. Extremely busy breakfast hall and very unhealthy and cheap products. Shower did not always give hot water.

This hotel was clean and in a great area close to many attractions such as tours, restaurants, bars, and historical places. Breakfast was included and there were good food options. This hotel is also attached through the underground parking to another hotel that provides some amenities, including a pool, restaurant, and a rooftop with a bar and an amazing view. I only wish the front desk staff were a little bit more attentive and friendly.

Ficamos 5 diárias e foi ótima escolha, hotel com um custo benefício ótimo! Café da manhã razoável dá para comer! Wi-Fi ótimo!!!! Sem problemas para pegar o Uber e outros transporte que utilizamos! O hotel fica há duas quadra da agência CitySightseeing cape Town, essa agência é do ônibus vermelho que percorre a cidade de cape town, pegamos um pacote de 3 dias que dá para conhecer várias lugares e adoramos! Super vale a pena fazer esse passeio pela cidade com esse ônibus. Hotel tb se encontra próximo ao Bo-Kaap sendo possível ir a pé até lá! Tem um restaurante na parte de trás do hotel que na verdade é dentro, mais tem que acessar-lo por fora, achei ótima comida e custo tb é bom! Para quem gosta de andar até dá para ir a pé para o Waterfront durante o dia eu acho que não tem problema, deve gastar uns 30min andando! Eu optei por Uber pois estava com uma crianças e tb o preço é ótimo. Enfim foi ótimo quero agradecer ajuda da recepção da manhã vocês não ótimas! Tem um mensageiro que me ajudou me acompanhando até a famosa feirinha que também é próximo do hotel e rende ótimas comprar!

Ein sehr nettes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Einzige, was ich bemängeln muss, ist der Geruch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, der mehrmals täglich, einmal auch sehr stark nachts mein Zimmer verpestete. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir an der Rezeption gesagt, dass ein Gast offenbar bereits mehrfach die Nichtraucherregeln missachtet hatte und ihm nun eine Strafe auferlegt würde. Mein Eindruck war, dass der Geruch auch aus der Klimaanlage kam, evtl. von Rauchern auf dem Dach, neben der Klimaanlage. Davon abgesehen kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen

The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodated all my needs. I asked to move to a bigger room on a higher level and they kindly arranged that for me. The beds are very comfortable and the black-out curtains are great at blocking out light. My room had an amazing view of Table Mountain and the city. The room was clean, however some facilities require an upgrade. The room had what appeared to be mold on the shower ceiling. There were cigarette burns on the carpet and the door didnt close all the way, which meant having to physically push it closed.
