"Frontdesk staff was Super nice. Although some people at the desk were unaware the hotel had drop off laundry options. The rooms cluld use some sort of AC unit in the room besides the small floor unit. For the amount of money spent i felt like being hot and sweaty in our room at night with no way to open a window was harsh. Great location, part of sunshine city mall and near the Ikebukuro station and Ikebukuro station. Nothingreally starts opening up until about 9 or 10 am Added plus, the cute ikibus stops outside the lobby"

"The clean was small, but it's clean and very tidy. We love it, cause there are a lot of mirrors in the room. Also, the place is very accessible for us. On our next trip to Japan, we'll be staying here again."
