"Second visit to The Knot and I will be back. Great location, artisan bakery, and restaurant with laundry facs. Staff lovely. Tip - book room with park view and see the Met Govt building illuminated at night."

"The hotel is located two blocks from Shinjuku station. It’s central but very crowded. We stayed in other areas in Tokyo and didn’t see any trash covering the grounds like we did in Shinjuku. The hotel is older and not updated in the rooms. The lobby area is nice and all the staff there are super friendly. It’s a very large hotel, felt very franchised versus being a personal stay. Rooms were spacious for Japan."
