"Close access to 2 train stations, gorgeous view, nice staff, great amenities. I will definitely consider to come back for the next trip to Tokyo."

"Overall a good place to stay. However, on our first night in Tokyo we had a consistent knock on the door for over 5 minutes before 7am. We then said through the door it is the wrong room and to please go away. The knocking continued but we could not see anyone, we opened the door a bit just to peer out and a man stuck his umbrella in the door and we had to slam it shut. We were able to see through the hole on the door that he walked away shortly after. We reported this to the front desk, they said they would report back and never did. We asked again and they said they had no update after checking the cameras, which was extremely concerning given it was our first night. We do not understand how he gained access to the hotel or our floor as the elevators to the guest rooms require a room key to access the floor."

"Our eight night stay was great! The room was clean and very accommodating. The two double beds provided plenty of room for two and were comfortable! Lots of windows with great views. Really important- the HVAC kept the room nice and cool during a balmy week in July! The staff was amazing! The hotel is centrally located with anything you’d need within a 2 minutes walk; Tully’s, Lawson, 7/11, Grocer, McD’s, and great food of all tastes with dine in and takeaway choices, shopping, and Nightlife too! Isetan is an 8 minute walk, you can stop at a Shinto shrine on the way. Aregato E Hotel Higashi Shinjuku! Antoinette S."

"The hotel location is great, about 10-15 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Lots of restaurants & convenient stores on the property. Our 2 twin room was small but we had enough space for 2 large suitcases, 1 roller bag & 2 back packs. Self check in & check out option was convenient. Able to store luggage on the property before check in & after was an absolute helpful option. Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 night stay at this hotel. Will definitely be staying here on our next visit."
