"We stayed a few nights at the hotel, however the first nights room was next to the elevators, not only the elevator’s noise but the sound from other rooms. Luckily, the reception staff were able to help to change the room."
"Room was clean, and you can control the lights from the bedframe. No wait time for the elevators which was nice, especially as this was a high traffic area of Shinjuku. Staff were always kind and attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay for a first time Japan visit."
"The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back."
