"Rooms are very small by American standards, but the bed was comfortable, showers were hot, the staff was very helpful when I had questions, and the property is within close distance of tons of food and things to do. The Shinjuku station is within a good walking distance. I would be more than happy to stay here on future trips."

"The hotel is located well within walking distance of the train station and in a good area for sightseeing, shops and dining. The staff are super friendly and always there to help with even the smallest of issues, but sadly that is where the good points end. The hotel rooms are of a good size but very, very tired. Although clean enough there are some nasty stains on the carpets and the bathrooms are straight from the eighties, the beds were uncomfortable and i think the pillows were filled with concrete they were that hard. We stayed for 5 nights and paid for breakfast, that was also a big mistake. The dining room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting and the tables are just inches apart. Although the food was nice the total experience wasn`t i`m afraid. Cheaper and far better hotels in the same vicinity."
