Staff was very helpful with getting my luggage to the room for me. Knowledgeable with surrounding areas, knew about nearby events going on nearby, and great recommendations of nearby restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again soon!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Trend Omiya. Being a "business hotel", the room was compact and well organized with the essential amenities, but most importantly, it was clean at all times. The location is great: only a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station's East exit and in a quiet block. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel Trend Omiya is a hidden gem, super affordable and convenient. I would definitely stay there again!

A great and inexpensive place to stay in Saitama
I liked that I was able to connect my laptop to the hotel tv. I came to Japan to look for work, but when I wanted to relax at the end of the day, I was able to enjoy my own content on the hotel room tv. The hotel was also close to the train station and near some convenience stores, so I never wanted for anything. There was also a Matsuya nearby which was convenient for cheap eats!

さいたまスーパーアリーナでライブがあるので利用させて頂きましたが、そのライブの出演者？の曲をカウンター付近で流してくださっていたので、とても嬉しかったです。
おかげでホテルを出る時も、帰ってくる時も楽しみと余韻に浸れました。ありがとうございます！
設備等に関しては枕の種類が多いのがよかったです。
洗面所のところにもコンセントがあって欲しかったなぁと思いましたけど、客室は綺麗でしたので
また旅行の際は利用させて頂きたいなと思いました。

客室やお風呂は綺麗に清掃されていたのですが、一部コーヒーカップに水滴と洗い残しがありました。他のコップで代用出来たので不便ではありませんでしたが少し残念でした。思っていたよりお部屋が狭かったです

今回9日間宿泊しました。ホテル自体は古そうでしたが、バスルームや壁紙はリフォームされてあり、清潔感ありました。ドンキやコンビニは近くにありました。エアコンも新しいものが設置されてましたが、使用はしていません。お部屋は狭かったけど、ひとりで宿泊するには問題ありません。スタッフの方も皆さん感じ良 かったんですが、若い女性の方、聞きたいことあったので声掛けたら何かされてたからか、ちょっと面倒くさいような対応されたのが気になりました。
