"Unlike any other of the 5 hotels I’ve been to this trip, this hotel amenities are very poor. There is only few things in the room and that’s it. No amenities tray in the lobby like all others. No shower cup, no hair bands, not even a bottle of water. There’s an empty carafe you can fill by yourself. "

"The staff and location were excellent. The lounge was closed for the duration of my stay which was disappointing but the hotel is nice. The rooms are small but updated and it’s a nice and quiet area in shinjuku in walking distance to a variety of stations."
