"I have stayed at this property from the time it opened, and it is still my “go-to” property in Tokyo. Big breakfast buffet if you decide on that option and free access to the wonderful sento (Japanese public spa) in the basement of the building. Washer/dryers available — the washers automatically dispense soap.
This property is at the very quiet end of Shinjuku, just footsteps from the Shinjuku Gyoenmae stop on the Marunouchi Line of the Tokyo Metro. So convenient!
The staff speaks some English, but use Google translate throughout your stay in Japan to be sure. Just show people the translation on your phone. Even though I know some Japanese, I use it ALL the time!!"
"Overall hotel was great stayed 12 days. Only complaints was that the laundry didn't dry very well had to add extra time even after putting the amount it recommended. Also the buffet was ok for the amount of money it was, alot of the food was cold. Now I know if another country it local. But it was the last day and we were totally spent from our day trip. Again overall great hotel great location great staff."
"Excellent hotel. Great service. Very useful amenities specially the lounge on 47th floor was great to relax. We also tried the Sushi and Tempura restaurant which weee fantastic. helpful staff except one individual at concierge who seemed rude to my wife but overall all other staff were very helpful. Concierge also helped me book restaurant reservations. Great hotel…highly recommend it."
"I could not recommend this hotel more highly. We were first time travellers to Japan and the hotel’s amenities were excellent and the location was fantastic"
