"I stay here for 3 days, in general it is good, but with some stuffs it can do better. 1. The staff is not as helpful as other hotels, the staff watched us moving 4 luggage but didn't offer any help when he was totally free. 2. Room is not clean enough, there was a lot of dust on the tv remote ."

JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Shinjuku

JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Shinjuku

8/10 Good
"Great staff and exceptional customer service, especially Sony. She was going above and beyond to make sure our check-in and our stay pleasant. Location is super conveniences and close to Shinjuku station, especially the New South concourse for Narita Express. They also provided late check out service up on request. One down side is the bathroom vent was not functioning properly so there was a strange smell. Otherwise, great value and conveniences."
