"I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it's very close to convenience stores and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helped us a lot. We used a luggage delivery service to send our bags to our next hotel, and the staff helped us communicate with the delivery company. Later, we lost some of our things and needed to contact one of the tour guides to get them back. I think this was outside the staff's responsibility, but one of them still helped us, and we are very very very grateful. Thanks to the staff, we solved our problem and continued our trip smoothly."

"Room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but it smelled like someone had smoked in there before even with the room fragrance. Other than that, super convenient stay, quick check in, and luggage storage was super easy."

"The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and in the center of everything. The Shinjuku Station was literally close to the hotel. There is a Lawson’s and McDonald’s right when you turn right coming out of the hotel. We stayed for 5 days and very satisfied with our stay. Rooms were clean, linens changed every third and sixth night stay and towels changed daily. There is a fabulous independent restaurant located at the hotel and the food is amazing! Keep in mind that the rooms, no matter where you are in Tokyo are smaller than the ones in the United States. We will definitely be returning to this place again."

"The room is on the small side but we knew this and is absolutely fine for a city trip. We did feel we may have found a bit more storage space helpful. The room did smell a little damp but think that’s a consequence of not being able to open any windows and having air con. Breakfast is fine but wouldn’t rush to have it, although they did cater for my gluten free needs. The location of the hotel was also ideal for getting to all areas of the city. On the whole, the hotel was good and would recommend to friends coming to Tokyo."

"Even though there was online check in at reception it was still important to maintain the face-to-face welcome especially as a foreigner. I appreciate the clean room and amenities. I had breakfast on 28th floor and that was an unforgettable experience in the varied choices for breakfast to pick from."
