"The rooms here are consistently good across many stays, and I've never had an issue with any of them. The location is very convenient, the housekeeping is excellent, and the staff genuinely seem to care. Where there's room for improvement is guest appreciation and the check-in process. As a very frequent returning guest, I'd love to see some recognition or loyalty for repeat customers. Check-in can also be tedious and slow, taking anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the crew, and they aren't always proficient at pulling up a Hotels.com reservation, so you may have to repeat your confirmation number several times. If a problem comes up, sorting it out can take over an hour. Overall a solid, comfortable, well-kept hotel that would be even better with a smoother check-in and a little more appreciation for loyal guests."
