「There property is really cool and nicely located. It has a museum in the lobby The power was out at the time because of hurricane Lowell which wasn’t their fault, however the phone number is useless and it caused a lot of problems when trying to reach the staff. The first night we had to sleep in the rental car because we weren’t able to reach the staff. Expedia helped getting things right eventually but we still had to go through lots of frustration just because they don’t have a working phone...

「Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store.
