「The Location is nice, but the hotel needs some updating.」

「The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. The room also had a weird smell. They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, I didn't have any issues with parking (it...

「Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. 「Everything was Great. no elevators Though. But besides that Property is Beautiful Staff is Great. Great location shops and restaurants right next to hotel. Beautiful Ocean View. Beach needs some clean up after 2 Hurricans. But will definitely go back. Some day not soon enough.」

「Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.」

「Absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Koa Kea! It is such a lovely, small resort. Right on the ocean, just a few short steps to beautiful beaches with sea turtles, monk seals, great snorkeling and surfing. The resort staff was very friendly and so helpful!」
