Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple with fresh fruit and grab and take items. They do have a microwave. Parking was great! Loved the ocean view and easy access to restaurants, beaches and walking paths. Were disappointed with the one bathroom window that was in need of repair around the frame. It had very dark stuff around it like dirt, rust or mold(??).

Room is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, many choices on the grab n go breakfast, plenty of free parking, and they offer great morning yoga classes and bike rental. We had so much fun during our stay

While there was plenty of parking, the lack of elevators means you should be ready to carry luggage up the stairs. If stairs are a challenge, I definitely recommend requesting a ground-level room—which is the only way I’d stay here again. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The local roosters weren't too loud, either. As for amenities, the fridge was helpful, but adding a microwave, iron, and ironing board would have made the stay much more convenient.

The room and all the area are very clean. The staff are very nice especially the people who are assigned at cleaning and doing laundry they always have a huge smile and always greets us warmly.

Property is a bit under maintained. Hard to operate sliding screen. Some stairways closed. Restaurant hasn't been open this year, 2026. Confused about whethe we got the correct type of room. Room was clean and everything worked. Staff friendly and efficient.

Beautiful view, very quiet. Felt like only ones there. Rooms are a bit small but sufficient. Note we booked here as they had a restaurant but when we checked in we were notified it was closed for renovations and has been a long time. Very disappointed it was not noted on their website.

When we arrived, the front desk took over 30 minutes to get us checked in. Other guests were coming in and asking why they couldn't connect to the wifi. While in line, we found out that the bar and restaurant were not open. We went to our room and it was run down and had an odor. I asked to check out so we could find another hotel. They eventually allowed us to change hotels. I would not recommended this hotel.

The ISO is amazing to stay at while visiting Kauai. Fresh fruit and snacks daily, the ocean views, pool fun and close to shops. The staff is incredible. The best was being able to watch the whales from our room. Second year in a row for us and can't wait to return.

There was no kitchen. Prepackaged Grab and go breakfast only. The restaurant was closed for renovation during our stay. The location was great, but the hotel itself was so-so. Our room was very musty smelling and always damp.

The grounds are stunning, the pool was well maintained and ocean views are breathtaking. The staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great if you are planning to spend time on the north and south shores, helps reduce driving times if you are planning to be very active!
