The hotel room showed wear and tear. Floor was mildly clean. Didnt like the shower or bathroom lighting. Used room service once, it was prompt but overly prices as with all food. We found other places to eat. The lobby was extremely noisey. We did have a partial ocean view but the lanai was small and the chairs were large and took up most of the small space. Pool areas clean.

The place was amazing, we loved our view. The pool was fantastic. We loved our room. I wish that there was some kind of a dress code, which I know is impossible, but the nearly naked women ruined it for families and couples.

Staff should have asked if we were ok with a handicap room - my husband is 6'2", so it was uncomfortable. The vanity was TINY - there was no room for our toiletries. A/C very loud. Floor was dirty - we spilled some water and when we wiped it up, the washcloth was filthy. Good location as we wanted to explore both N and S sides of the island. Nice pool area and loved the chairs sitting out to look at the ocean. Fitness Center had great equipment.
